Warranty

Amy Conway warranty policy covers basic repairs and manufacturing defects for 90 days. The jewelry will either be replaced or repaired. A sales receipt, from an authorized retailer must accompany the piece for the warranty to be valid. This warranty is void if the jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship. 

Jewelry Care Instructions

We want your Amy Conway jewelry to last forever. Please follow the care guidelines below.
1. Polish your sterling silver with a rouge-treated polishing cloth. After wearing, store your jewelry in the provided anti-tarnish bag or an airtight container.
2. To minimize scratching, please remove jewelry before participating in athletics and any other activity that could damage the piece. Be aware that water or other liquids will damage the piece.
