Looking Back

Tumbling along on a ray of hope I find myself stopped
by the shore of forgiveness. Only a fool would dare to
cross without first reaching back to those she has wronged
and asking their hearts to forgive her. For then she is free to
leap from the shore to the watery depths of her soul.
